Yes, but there is a maximum distance to pursue. Most of his races will be in classes, soft surface (land and grass) and Cross Country spikes are your best choice for a simple reason: traction. Shoes with metal spikes to give you a slight train on grass or loose soil than any other shoe. Some races will not allow metal spikes check ski, but as your coach. Otherwise, you can fulfill the rubber boots at a loss, the same purpose. You can safely use the road during the peak ski, but must be a distance upwards in length, but not sprinting, hurdles, or spikes. Peaks on Sprint has a plastic front and can be used for skiing. The only difference between the tip and skiing is the padding. Cross CountryPeaks have more cushioning and support, and last longer.

I get a representative sample of the shoe bottom has rubber blocks or wafers. Ski-filled rubber "spikes offer" not so much traction with metal nails, but they are the better choice in the dirt or on hard courts in countries where the bike paths cross. Spikes are also less expensive than metal spikes. Some of the best rubber valves: Adidas Neptune XC ($ 55), 15-50 Spikes Asics ($ 70), and run without studs ($ 50), New Balance RX 240 ($ 60), Nike Zoom Waffle Racer ($ 40), and Reebok Circa Waffle ($ 40).

Hope this helps! :)

Spikes have a plastic bottom and ski edge has a rubber bottom. The tips of the trail is not working well for skiing.
